I have had 2 excellent experiences with Green Planet. Eero (pronounced arrow) was a straight shooter who isolated a gas leak for me last winter. Last week Justin replaced a cartridge in an old bathtub faucet that was leaking. The first replacement cartridge unit he tried was not successful, which he explained to me (likely some issue in unit) as he redid the work with a separate new cartridge.

Justin showed up on time, got the work efficiently done in 1 hour. Eero was equally prompt and courteous. These guys are pros as is Jeremiah on Green Planet dispatch. I like working with these guys!

I called for service to help evaluate a water intrusion problem in my basement and for a sewer scope. The technician who came out was helpful and thoughtful. He really tried to help me figure out my problem, and he was willing to scope from both the inside and outside of my house, which I very much appreciated. For context, I had called another plumbing/sewage company to come and help me evaluate my problem, and that person was not very interested in helping me once he saw what I was facing. Also, their customer service rep is awesome. She is very considerate and thorough! Props to Levi and Tanya!
