Vincent (and his assistant Samuel) did a thorough inspection of my water systems, waterheater, connections, and got me up to code in needed areas. I am so appreciative! My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

Best plumbers ever

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Cal Pro Plumbing are by far the nicest, cleanest, professional and efficient plumbers we've ever worked with! We called them because our water heater was leaking, fearful it was about to give out. They were out here the very next morning and had it replaced with a brand new tank, had cleaned up the area and removed our old tank in under two hours. Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
