We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option.

After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions.

I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus.

Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly.

I am the type of person who is always going to shop around for the best deal so I definitely do my research beforehand. What surprised me most about Clean-Out Kings was that not only was the quote cheaper than everywhere else, the service was phenomenal. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. They were able to diagnose the problem with my shower drain and low water pressure and outlined what could be fixed and what needed to be replaced. That kind of honesty is very rare these days. Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

I never want to have to deal with something like a water heater. First off no one cares about a water heater. I just assume to always have hot water. So when the time came when I had to take a cold shower because my water heater decided to give up I felt like I almost had to give up. I looked around and Quick Water Heater stood out. Gave them a call. The guy on the phone told me not to worry and assured me that they would give me my hot water back today. I’m horrible with names, but the guy who replaced my water heater was super nice. He recommended a tankless so that’s what I went with. Instant hot water and no more cold showers. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
