It's hard to find vendors you can Trust, who stand by their work, are Knowledgable and charge Fair Prices. J&M Plumbers checks all these boxes for me.

They gave me a free in person quote when 3 other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $50 just to come out.

Ricky, my technician, on a scale of 1 to 5, was a 10. The price for one part of the job was higher than I wanted, but not unreasonable. The tech pointed out areas during the job that needed extra attention, all of it warranted. No push for adding extras, but very conscientious of the entire work area, pointing out areas that needed extra attention (remodel of 60 year old kitchen). This is exactly why you hire experts for the job. Highly satisfied.

Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good ,no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

I have used Jacot for years, for both small and large problems. I was referred to them by a family friend, who also happens to be a Real Estate Agent and praised them highly for their diligence and dedication. I've had them repair my water main (very large repair/task), snake clogged drains, install clean outs (another larger job) and a few days ago, clear the clogged kitchen drains. They're professionals, courteous, personable and always there when you need them. A reliable plumbing service is one of those must haves for any property owner and Jacot is the company to rely on.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
