Best Hot Water Problem in Santa Ana CA

They gave me a free in person quote when 3 other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $50 just to come out.

This company is a rip off and does bad work!! The worst!! I discussed and asked for a complete re-pipe of my waste water lines. They back and forth was crazy but finally whole house for $8000!!! I thought instead of calling a re-pipe company for less than half for a whole house, I will use a professional plummer. I knew I had some issues that would need an experienced hand. I told them, I don't want to have to worry about this for 30 years. Now only 5 months later, come to find that they did NOT re-pipe my home from the appliance, they cut into the cast iron and put only partial new pipe. Now there is a leak in that connection I paid 8 grand! Also the charge was supposed to be so high because they were going to go through dry wall and checkout and price another leak. That never happened!!! The invoice is another bait and switch!! It is written on the invoice, twice, that they were going to cut into our drywall to check it out but that never occurred. How much of the 8 grand was for that?? Then when I called to ask them to fix the leak, they made me feel like not only was it my fault but that I asked for work not to be done. If that were the case, why charge full price? Why would I or my husband ask for work NOT to be done that were were charged for?? I feel like this company is a big rip off and bait and switch. There is SO much more I want to say about this experience but forget it. Just don't waste your time or get charged twice the price by these theifs!!! I'm calling another company to fix it properly and taking this one to small claims court to re-coup the loss!

I had the same experience before, so leaking water under the foundation is a real headache. This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

This is the second time working with ePipe – Pipe Restoration, Inc. for our commercial office and we are more than grateful for their expertise and most importantly, their honesty!
The first time, we had them come to do a hydro jetting job. They provided top-notch service, expert plumbing knowledge, showed up on time and were also very efficient. We originally had another plumber come out to give us a quote, and they had tried to convince us that we needed to put in a sewer liner for over $10k. Our wonderful general contractor highly recommended to get a 2nd opinion and referred us to ePipe – Pipe Resotration, Inc. They sent out their supervisor (Tim), along with his team of guys (Miguel and Mario), and quoted us only $1,650 to do the job. When they finished the job, they discovered that there was no requirement for the liner, so the original plumber was trying to sell us something that we really didn’t need.
Recently, we had a big waterline leak in our plumbing in the parking lot. Immediately, I called ePipe to see if they could come out. They mentioned they could rush out in the afternoon. At the same time, I called another plumber to come earlier that day just to stop the leak. The plumber just did a quick walk through and tried to tell us that all of our pipes were getting old and that we needed to replace ALL OF THE PIPES WITH A QUOTE OF $60,000! Being a woman-owned business, we sensed that this plumber thought he could really rip us off, and we were not convinced by his findings.
Thank goodness ePipe was able to come give us their opinion that same afternoon. Their original team (Tim Plouffe, Miguel Reyes and Mario Torres) arrived to help us diagnose the leak. They spent about 30 minutes investigating and digging underground. They discovered a big tree had overgrown roots and one of the large roots had damaged our pipe. Tim and his guys were able to fix it for $3,450, and not price gouge us and try to oversell replacing all pipes for $60,000 like the other plumber.
We truly appreciate the solid training, excellent customer service and most importantly trustworthiness of this team! They will certainly be our go-to plumbers.

These guys are very honest and are not trying to make a quick buck. Pipline Restoration came out to locate a slab leak at my house. The leak was ruining my wood flooring by causing it to swell. Matt showed up and detected the cause in about fifteen minutes. The positive news is that he determined that it wasn't a slab leak but a problem with my AC condensation line leaking into the house floor. I was so happy and prepared to pay for his time. He reminded me that it is the free leak detection service that I was using so I owed nothing. I was able to repair the cause of the AC condensation leak but I do have to deal with a damaged wood floor. That is my problem which is much smaller than what a slab leak would have costed me. THANK YOU PIPELINE RESTORATION! I will use and start recommending them because of such good and honest service.
