I am the type of person who is always going to shop around for the best deal so I definitely do my research beforehand. What surprised me most about Clean-Out Kings was that not only was the quote cheaper than everywhere else, the service was phenomenal. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest. They were able to diagnose the problem with my shower drain and low water pressure and outlined what could be fixed and what needed to be replaced. That kind of honesty is very rare these days. I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time. Technicians that have worked at my home are courteous and professional. They take their time to explain the problem and how to resolve it. Would recommend Jacot to anyone who has plumbing issues.

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!
