Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.
The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.
Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.
Mr. Tieu is a PROFESSIONAL and his iINTEGRITY is appreciated!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

This was the second time we have used Spencer for our plumbing needs. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and does quality work. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Absolutely love this company!!

I have no idea how this business has 5 stars. My mom who's 75 called them to help with some plumbing problems we had while trying to install a new washer and dryer. They charged her $50 to come out and assess the situation, $45 for a new hose (that she won't need) . All this was on a Friday, and they told her they will be back on Monday with equipment to see if they will be able to resolve the problem. When they showed up on Monday, they came just to tell her in person they would not be able to do the job. What was this? A company taking advantage of an elderly person who does not know about home repairs. Extremely upset with them. With so many great plumbers don't take your chances!.

Luis came to my rescue within 30mins of contacting him. Gave me a great price to clear my backyard drains which were clogged with debris. Water was pooling and coming into my house with all the rain. Within a couple minutes, the pool in my backyard was gone.

Yes, you won't hear the best of news in the diagnosis, but you'll at least hear the truth through their experience. In other words, they add value and peace of mind, every job, every repair!

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)
