Scott and Jeremy came over to remove my Culligan water softener machine for me and check my water pressure throughout the whole house. It was nearly non existent. I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

Matt was on time, answered my questions, and worked on installing sink faucet and handles on two of our bathroom sinks, and installed handheld shower heads on two of our showers. When there was a slight issue with a sink, Matt knew exactly what to do and it was fixed as soon as the part was available.

I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! This is the second time working with ePipe – Pipe Restoration, Inc. for our commercial office and we are more than grateful for their expertise and most importantly, their honesty!
The first time, we had them come to do a hydro jetting job. They provided top-notch service, expert plumbing knowledge, showed up on time and were also very efficient. We originally had another plumber come out to give us a quote, and they had tried to convince us that we needed to put in a sewer liner for over $10k. Our wonderful general contractor highly recommended to get a 2nd opinion and referred us to ePipe – Pipe Resotration, Inc. They sent out their supervisor (Tim), along with his team of guys (Miguel and Mario), and quoted us only $1,650 to do the job. When they finished the job, they discovered that there was no requirement for the liner, so the original plumber was trying to sell us something that we really didn’t need.
Recently, we had a big waterline leak in our plumbing in the parking lot. Immediately, I called ePipe to see if they could come out. They mentioned they could rush out in the afternoon. At the same time, I called another plumber to come earlier that day just to stop the leak. The plumber just did a quick walk through and tried to tell us that all of our pipes were getting old and that we needed to replace ALL OF THE PIPES WITH A QUOTE OF $60,000! Being a woman-owned business, we sensed that this plumber thought he could really rip us off, and we were not convinced by his findings.
Thank goodness ePipe was able to come give us their opinion that same afternoon. Their original team (Tim Plouffe, Miguel Reyes and Mario Torres) arrived to help us diagnose the leak. They spent about 30 minutes investigating and digging underground. They discovered a big tree had overgrown roots and one of the large roots had damaged our pipe. Tim and his guys were able to fix it for $3,450, and not price gouge us and try to oversell replacing all pipes for $60,000 like the other plumber.
We truly appreciate the solid training, excellent customer service and most importantly trustworthiness of this team! They will certainly be our go-to plumbers.

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel. He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation.

These guys are very honest and are not trying to make a quick buck. Pipline Restoration came out to locate a slab leak at my house. The leak was ruining my wood flooring by causing it to swell. Matt showed up and detected the cause in about fifteen minutes. The positive news is that he determined that it wasn't a slab leak but a problem with my AC condensation line leaking into the house floor. I was so happy and prepared to pay for his time. He reminded me that it is the free leak detection service that I was using so I owed nothing. I was able to repair the cause of the AC condensation leak but I do have to deal with a damaged wood floor. That is my problem which is much smaller than what a slab leak would have costed me. THANK YOU PIPELINE RESTORATION! I will use and start recommending them because of such good and honest service.

Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!
