Josh came out to replace water shutoff valve and hose bibs. He was a pleasure to work with. He got the job done neatly and in a timely manner.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. I was amazed at how fast he work, how kind he was, and how AFFORDABLE this company is with everything provided. I am honestly PUMPED to have found these guys! Made my weekend!

Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. I would definetly recommend CW and especially Nick for any and all of your AC and heating needs. Thanks again Nick, you the man!

7/24/23- another great job OCP! Nolan thoroughly explained the process and used video to detect an issue with our sewer line. The job was done very well.

We had an awesome experience with Steven. He went out of his way to help us, answer our questions, get the job done properly and promptly and also to educate us on the best ways to care for our home. We will definitely use Orange Coast Plumbing again and ask for Steven.

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

Jon was very knowledgable and polite. He was clean and did a great job cleaning out the tub drain. The price for the job was reasonable.
