Best plumbers ever

They were pretty economical when they came out and fixed a leak outside my house. However, during their repair work they had to cut out part of my dry wall that was unexpected and they didn’t fix the drywall and now I will have to get someone to come out and fix it.

I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I have used Jacot for years, for both small and large problems. I was referred to them by a family friend, who also happens to be a Real Estate Agent and praised them highly for their diligence and dedication. I've had them repair my water main (very large repair/task), snake clogged drains, install clean outs (another larger job) and a few days ago, clear the clogged kitchen drains. They're professionals, courteous, personable and always there when you need them. A reliable plumbing service is one of those must haves for any property owner and Jacot is the company to rely on.

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. This is the second time working with ePipe – Pipe Restoration, Inc. for our commercial office and we are more than grateful for their expertise and most importantly, their honesty!
The first time, we had them come to do a hydro jetting job. They provided top-notch service, expert plumbing knowledge, showed up on time and were also very efficient. We originally had another plumber come out to give us a quote, and they had tried to convince us that we needed to put in a sewer liner for over $10k. Our wonderful general contractor highly recommended to get a 2nd opinion and referred us to ePipe – Pipe Resotration, Inc. They sent out their supervisor (Tim), along with his team of guys (Miguel and Mario), and quoted us only $1,650 to do the job. When they finished the job, they discovered that there was no requirement for the liner, so the original plumber was trying to sell us something that we really didn’t need.
Recently, we had a big waterline leak in our plumbing in the parking lot. Immediately, I called ePipe to see if they could come out. They mentioned they could rush out in the afternoon. At the same time, I called another plumber to come earlier that day just to stop the leak. The plumber just did a quick walk through and tried to tell us that all of our pipes were getting old and that we needed to replace ALL OF THE PIPES WITH A QUOTE OF $60,000! Being a woman-owned business, we sensed that this plumber thought he could really rip us off, and we were not convinced by his findings.
Thank goodness ePipe was able to come give us their opinion that same afternoon. Their original team (Tim Plouffe, Miguel Reyes and Mario Torres) arrived to help us diagnose the leak. They spent about 30 minutes investigating and digging underground. They discovered a big tree had overgrown roots and one of the large roots had damaged our pipe. Tim and his guys were able to fix it for $3,450, and not price gouge us and try to oversell replacing all pipes for $60,000 like the other plumber.
We truly appreciate the solid training, excellent customer service and most importantly trustworthiness of this team! They will certainly be our go-to plumbers.
We have already referred them to our clients, family and friends, as they service both residential and commercial plumbing. Thank you to Tim, Miguel and Mario for their hard work and service. We appreciate all that you do, and thank you again for being honest people.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
