Rafeal was excellent. Although he didn’t do work for me he came and gave me a quote after another plumbing group Murphy and sons came in and said I had a leak and it was going to cost $4000 to put in a new water line from the meter back to the house service. Rafael looked and said that’s not the case is actually an irrigation leak., he said he knew someone that can do this for a little less money, as he would have to charge me the full rate of a pressurize system, and he said that’s not what you need for this particular job. You don’t find people that honest and I have now decide I will always go first to Robert English Plumbing and Rafael!

PP has been in business for 30 yrs and services the local OC area. They are open 24/7 for emergency repairs and 8-5pm for service and repairs on all your plumbing needs. They are awesome with great prices and better customer service.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

This company has ruined my life. For those of you who are already employed but looking for a new job, do not waste your time here. Keep your current job and look elsewhere instead of making the mistake I made. As a helper/apprentice, you will be promised full-time hours with 5 day work weeks but then you will get texts saying Sorry there is no work available today. Stay home. several days in a row even when there are plumbers out on the field and then you’ll eventually just get laid off when you question what's going on... No work available, huh ? Even if the plumber doesn't need assistance, the helper could still watch and learn everything the plumber is doing. As a result, I've been unemployed since July and can't go back to my previous job. Do not waste your time or risk leaving the job you already have for this job. This company will only schedule you when they need you and they will screw you over.

Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done.
