Garage laundry room project: Johnny Ray came out on-time on Monday morning, received my estimate about 30min later, accepted the deal and scheduled the work for Wednesday. Johnny arrived right on time and got it all done and cleaned up in less than 3hrs. He cut out a 3 foot section from the vent down to the cast iron hub at slab-level. Augered and hydro-jetted down to the main sewer line to break up 60yrs of deposit, and then rebuilt everything back up to the vent, adding in a new clean out, a stub for a utility sink, and the washer standpipe. Everything came out clean and perfect.

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

I had the same experience before, so leaking water under the foundation is a real headache. This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

David Boyd, the lead plumber came with Christian, the assistant to do a single line epoxy repair for the hot water slab leak after Epipe did a temporary by pass 3 weeks ago.
They did a great job as I’m trying out Epipe as an option for slab leaks vs traditional reroute. This minimally intrusive pipe repair suits my needs and the crew was knowledgeable when I had questions on their approach as a former engineer.
Luis the plumber and Quinn also did a great job on the temporary reroute job.
The only downside was the 30 day waiting list after their estimator Thomas came out to the house, but he was very helpful in getting my questions addressed. I was concerned as I had an active slab leak.

Steven N. was knowledgeable and explored all possibilities of leak origin. He set up the proper restoration services and explained the procedures for repair. His expertise was invaluable. Thank you!

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!
