Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend. The sewer lines were completely clogged and there were a few leaks in the house. They came and fixed all the leaks and made sure our sewer had a proper cleaning and installed new clean outs as well. I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.

Have been very pleased in the past. This time I was disappointed that they were unwilling to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone on work that really did not require an $87 in-home visit. There was nothing to see, but rather only described what we wanted to do ( add a sink). The consultation took less than 5 minutes. Certainly, a ball park estimate could have been provided over the phone in two minutes.

I hardly write online. However, I am tempted to leave this review about Nova Plumbing.
We had leaking situation under the sink, and Hasan was the only plumber who answered my call directly. Calls to others were met with receptionists who tried to schedule plumber’s visits at some other day.
Since I could explain our problem to an actual plumber and he could come to our home in matter of hours, I arranged his service.
Once he arrived at our home, I found out he is intelligent and very sincere professional. He is not part of some big company, He looks like an expert who is trying to build up his own reputation and business.
He provided a clean job on our disposal replacement and went further to answer clearly and solve our other plumbing issues without extra charge.
