I wasn't happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

From the customer service over the phone to the tech that came out to snake my kitchen drain theres a high level of experience and professionalism here that's nice to see!
