Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.

Santos, the owner of Gomez Sewer and Drain, has been my only plumber for 15 years. From drain cleaning all the way to major replumbing jobs, Santos is absolutely the best. I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.
