First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. I recommend Rayne Plumbing to all my friends and they all had good experience. Five Stars Deserved!!! Thank you!

1.This is an update after I spoke With Mr. Glenn Hammonds The owner of Plumtree Plumbing. Mr. Hammonds found out that the problem was with the machine. I also suspected the machine and I saw the Technician struggling with machine.
2. Mr. Hammonds made me satisfied that he figure out that the problem was with the machine. Mr. Hammonds also gave me a refund.
3. Faucet and Garbage disposal installation was done correctly except expensive. But I got a refund now.
4. Mr. Hammonds understood my frustration with tenants for waiting the clog to be fixed. He also not only gave me a refund but also he apologized and asked me what else can do to make me happy.
5. I wish that I complained to Mr. Hammonds before I write the review.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!
