We discovered Richard, of Affordable Plumbing Solutions, via a Google search in January 2018 while I was self-contracting our master bath remodel. He did the copper pipe for our double shower head design and relocated our drain. He crawled under our house and worked with me to locate the drain in the exact position I wanted. His work and PRICE was EXCELLENT! I have never used a plumber with his knowledge and VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES! He has since done multiple jobs for us. He is currently helping us with our vacation home remodel. Richard is very conscientious! He is very professional! He is very responsive! He arrives when he promises or will text to update his arrival time. When he does develop a scheduling issue, he will work with you. For example, he was set to arrive at our vacation home on a Friday, but it turned out he was unavailable, so he came a day early instead of putting me off. My wife and I are COMPLETELY satisfied with Richard's work. He's a GREAT plumber AND more importantly, he's a GREAT human being. If you need a plumber, we can't imagine you finding anyone better than Richard, of Affordable Plumbing Solutions! He is now a part of our TEAM and we will always call him for our plumbing needs.

Technician Jerameel Madagascar (Mel) was professional and proficient in getting a video of our sewer line. He accomplished what a previous technician was unable to do, and I am very pleased and satisfied with his work.Additionally, I would like to thank Patty in the office for assigning Jerameel to get the job done.

I accidentally dropped a very sentimental piece of jewelry down the drain and panicked. I called a few places and no one could schedule for the day I called—except Pacific Coast Home Services. I got text messages with status messages and even a photo of the technician coming to my house. Rafael was very kind—even bending down to make my jittery dog feel less nervous with a stranger. To get my jewelry was actually something I could have done myself but I had no idea. Rafael showed me how to get into the pipe, and did so without making me feel stupid. He took it as a teaching moment, which I appreciated. I thought the service was very responsive and professional. Definitely calling them again in the future.
