What a great experience! From talking to Jeni on the phone, Marty showing up the same day to assess the water heater, and then the crew who came and installed the new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier! Their collective professionalism, integrity and knowledge was refreshing and informative. I knew absolutely nothing about water heaters, but now feel educated enough to know what to do next time. And they are all so nice!! I highly recommend Water Quality Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have. They've been around since 1970, and it showed! I dig that!

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Well, guy couldn't unclog drain and when I ask about snaking the main drain, he stated the cap was too tight that I should make another appointment. He tried to unclog plugged bathtub, unsuccessfully.
He did repair leaking sink in rear bathroom but I guess his time was up and didnt want to clear drain...
Me, personally think I wasted $185.00 dollars this day...

Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.

Johnny came to our house very punctually.After he checked the problem with our washer drain. He give us a reasonable price and had the job done quickly.Will ask him again if we have any other problem in the future.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

As mentioned by other reviewers, their service is horrible. I am not sure why insurance and home warranty companies use them. I had to transfer my service to another vendor.
