I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. He has excellent knowledge of suppliers, and was able to find a unit in our area, which saved more time. He even fixed some issues from the previous installation, such as a drain pipe that was routed incorrectly. We are very happy with our new water heater installation, which looks and works great!

Alan was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. There may be some issues in finding replacement parts to repair our 70 year old wall heater. Alan said he would investigate and get back to me in a couple of days. I really appreciate all the appointment reminders Fuse sent.
