My toilet suddenly backed up and would not flush. I used the on line site to schedule an appointment and shortly after that received confirmation the request was received. The service technician Wylder, arrived by the end of the day and was able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to explain to me why the problem had occurred (too much tp in a low flow toilet) and advised me how to prevent its recurrence. I was impressed by his efficiency and personable manner and will call this company again if the need arises. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Awesome plumbing company

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We have used them for a couple of jobs and each time, they have completed the work in a very professional manner. After having a leak underneath our house go unfixed by another plumber, we called San Jose Plumbing. They repaired it correctly and efficiently. Adam has also installed a faucet for us, and installed the instant hot water for the bathrooms, checked our gas line outside and repaired some other plumbing issues in our old house. We have been extremely happy.

Julio and his team were amazing and fixed our clogged kitchen sink. The clog went very far down our building’s pipes, and they did everything professionally and thoroughly. They even wear shoe covers to make sure our floors didn’t get dirty as they went in and out. Highly recommend!

I didn’t chose this company - my property management did. These guys are no nonsense pros. Sal is a well experienced professional, 38 years in the business but felt like a friend you call when you need a a SME. Willing to listen to our problem and had the patience to find out cause of our washing machine drain clog. Resolved the issue by clearing out the line quickly. Sal and his technician Armando were efficient and even cleaned up the area under the washer.. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks.
