Best Annual Maintenance in San Jose CA

A kitchen/laundry room job that consisted of replacing four values, two for the clothes washer and two for a small kitchen sink was estimated to cost approximately $4000! That figure is not a typo. I had the work performed by another plumber for $390. That value is also not a typo. Also, when discussing plumbing details with MC Plumbing workers, who are always nice, it is quickly apparent that they no essentially nothing about corrosion when they use terms like electrolysis when they should be using the term galvanic corrosion. (I am a registered profession corrosion engineer in California. I even offered to teach their crew the fundamentals of corrosion, but never heard back from them.) Bottom line: Their work is good, but their prices are unacceptably.

Good service but expensive.

They fixed my tankless water heater, a Navien. We were having issues and didn't know the reason, they came out and figured out the installer put the burner in as if we had natural gas, when in fact we have propane. SPS found this, replaced the burner, and we no longer have issues. Thank you!
