Very professional. Graham arrived within the specified time committed together with Jeremy who assisted him throughout the project. Knows what he is doing and the job was done promptly. There was e-mail communication before and after job completion. Completely satisfied with my first experience with them. Will definitely hire them again.

Purchased a new washer and the valve was messed up from the old one. (I don't understand plumbing talk). Anyway, they came immediately and fixed it immediately. The household owner forgot to pay them directly, but they were kind and courteous and waited longer than they should have for their payment. Really nice company and people.

Next time, I'll pay them directly and the owner can reimburse me.

These guys are great, they replaced a water heater about a year ago. Gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent them and stuck to it. 2 flights up and a tight space...they were very efficient. I called them back last week because of a slow draining tub. They came that same day and fixed it within an hour. They are clean and courteous.
