Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Nobody likes to deal with plumbing problems. And this time around wasn't any different. I received a super high water bill and was told by the water company that I may have a leak somewhere?! The techs that came to my house found an underground pipe breakage that was causing a huge leak/water waste. This ended up being a big project and I am so happy I had AB Plumbing in charge of it.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
