Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Had AB plumbing do an open wall estimate to find a leak that had been going on for weeks. They offered different options to address the issue and after carefully explaining it to me we decided to start with the cheaper suggestion and work our way through. Problem was found, fixed and I felt that the communication was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and be using them again.

We had a leak in our shower. I called CR&P and they showed up within the hour and had the issue fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again next time something pops up at my house.

These guys are great, they replaced a water heater about a year ago. Gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent them and stuck to it. 2 flights up and a tight space...they were very efficient. I called them back last week because of a slow draining tub. They came that same day and fixed it within an hour. They are clean and courteous.

He is happy to explain what he is doing and why and wants to be sure you are satisfied. You can trust Sean. I even had a leak in my downstairs that others had quoted high prices for. Sean realized it was something he could fix in less than 30 minutes from my upstairs tub. He did and it has never leaked again. I am sure this saved me hundreds of dollars the other plumbers wanted to charge me and they likely would not have fixed the problem. What more can you want in a plumber? Use Sean I say!
