I called on a Saturday afternoon about 2:00 when my kitchen sink drain got clogged. I was told someone would arrive between 3 and 5, but Yashua actually arrived shortly before 3:00, took care of the clog and was finished by 3:40. Everything was clean and neat when he left. Could not have asked for a better response and outcome. Great customer service. I highly recommend Discount Plumbers and would call them again for any needed plumbing solution.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Only issue we had was getting bill emailed to us. We requested it at least 3 times - 2 different email addresses & finally got it almost a month later.

Antonio of Plumbing & Rooter Service recently unclogged a drain for me. He arrived promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, and performed the job quickly and thoroughly. He is very professional, courteous, and neat in his work. I live in a large condo development and Antonio even noted that, unbeknownst to me, other plumbers were on site and flushing common lines. This turned out to be the cause of the backed up drain in my bathroom and clogged the trap. Thanks to Antonio, the condo complex will reimburse me for the service. I don't wish plumbing problems on my friends or neighbors, but I plan to highly recommend Antonio to anyone in need of such services. The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

I haven't worked with Jason yet but Francisco has helped clear my main sewer line twice now and has been helping me through the process of considering trenchless. Francisco's customer service & work ethic have been amazing.
