5/2022 We had Ace come out again to replace some hose bib handles and toilet supply line valves. Russ, the plumber, was great: very polite, personable, and did excellent work. Couldn't ask for more.

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
