I had a great experience! My plumber was able to fix all my issues (a broken water shut off valve and leaking toilet water tank) plus tuning the flush so it finally worked after a few years of poor flow. They came within 2 hours on a Saturday after I called and stayed till everything was fixed and cleaned up after themselves including throwing away all the used parts. My plumber was extremely smart and friendly. Will use again!

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.
