It was top dollar and quality was worth it

Michael, the plumber, was very nice and professional!
I had him change the garbage disposal and it's working really well now!
In the bathroom, Michael also changes the part in the toilet bowl, however, it is now working as before...not much improvement.
I can still hear water running and small flushing sound once in a while.
Also, I have to hold the flush switch longer ( 3-4 seconds), I did not have to hold that long before with the old part.
I am thinking about replacing a brand new toilet because it will result this small problem and a new toilet has a smaller water tank to save water.

Had AB plumbing do an open wall estimate to find a leak that had been going on for weeks. They offered different options to address the issue and after carefully explaining it to me we decided to start with the cheaper suggestion and work our way through.
