We had Sam out to two homes. My parents are interested in converting to a tankless water heater. He provided an honest assessment, listened to their needs and was thorough. He then came to my house to drain the water heater and fix two toilets. Again, very honest and helped me to understand the issues. Even though I'm capable of cleaning some of my drains, I've called them several times over the years because I know they will do it right every time.

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

Really a rip off. Totally overcharge and take advantge of customers. Called them out to clear a drain, then charged me a crazy price for labor and parts, and tried to tell me I needed more work. Got in to big argument with the guy.
