Eric and Tony were great. They had to knock part of a wall and ceiling out to expose the problem I had, but examined everything thoroughly. I live in a 1912 home, so it could have been a much bigger repair, but they gave me a really fair price and did a great job. I strongly recommend them.

Very, very expensive. The lady on the phones came off a bit rude, but had someone call me back to schedule. When I asked about the price, the man on the phone said, At lease a couple hundred dollars. So I made an appointment, put in 48 hours notice for my condo. When they showed up, I was quoted $1865, negotiated down to $1500, to change a shower cartridge and handle replacement. For 45 minutes of work. I was told because they have 17 trucks on the road, that is why they are so much more than other companies. I declined their work because of the insane price. I went with another company, had to put in another 48 hour notice, and was charged $365 out the door and they diagnosed the issue and finished the repair within the hour.

My water heater blew up at 5:30pm. I thought I was going to be stranded so I spent a couple of hours working with my neighbor to get the water to it shut off so I could at least not completely flood my garage. I made a call to All American Plumbing expecting to be put on the list for some time the next day and to my great surprise they had someone out within an hour AND no extra charge for an after hours call. They had my new water heater installed and the old one dragged away less than 24 hours after my fiasco started. Ryan was extremely professional and got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. This is definitely going to be my go to for any future plumbing issues. Thanks for the great experience.

I had a hot water slab leak & our Insurance Agent sent Master Plumbing. Being in the industry for 15yrs, commercial & residential, in-office & bags-on, & OSHA 30 Certified, I recommend this company. They're excellent in each area from investigation to finishing the job on time & everything in-between.Tom (we love Tom!) mostly worked on my house & Carlos paired with him one day. Their clean work, true knowledge, respect & professional friendly presence is impressive.Trust me when I say it's HARD finding a good Contractor to work with;there's usually something going wrong or about to. This was our first time using HPS Plumbing, and we were completely impressed by the quick response and professionalism. We had a water leak and no water running in the office for the last 2 weeks I called HPS Plumbing and they sent someone over that same day. Kenneth was the technician he was very friendly and professional and fixed the leak in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend using HPS Plumbing. We will continue using them for future issues. If you are looking for a knowledgable plumber that has absolute integrity, honesty and commitment to his customers then you are looking for Christian from Chase Plumbing. Spoke to 4-5 plumbing companies and Christian was the only one that tried to help me with general advice and guide me towards what was best for me and not for his bottom line. Very impressed and will become customer for life! If only every business put their customers first!

I feel super lucky to have gotten Dan to help me out with my sink installation. He responded very quickly, I told him the budget we had and he went out of his way to work with it. Every other place we called for a quote gave us insane prices, but Dan was understanding and even went out of his way to explain everything that he did. I could not recommend a Plumbing company more. Dans a good guy, great at what he does, and honest about his prices. He also came to install the sink less than a day after we first spoke, and made the area under the sink look really good and clean after the installation. 10/10 would recommend.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out.
