I would say they my assigned service technician Kyle was above average in his field. He found the problem fast and repaired it at a more than reasonable cost to us. I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars, however with Kyle’s help I was able to save money and get the job done quickly! These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.
