He didn't make me feel embarrassed for the clog and was kind enough to clean the floor afterwards.We also had a slow draining faucet that could be improved using an enzyme solution that he had but explained that this may be caused by how old our building was. I really appreciate the honesty and his quick service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
