Last week, Doug from Bill Howe did a gas line repair on our house. And - holy cow - what a great experience! We had shopped four other plumbers for the job, but all four were questionable in one way or another. When Doug showed up, it was immediately apparent that he knew what he was doing and he wasn't jerking us around about the price. His quote was barely higher than the lowest of the other four, but his knowledge and transparency blew everyone else out of the water. We hired him on the spot, and he got it done that day. Such a good experience.We were reluctant with Bill Howe because it's such a big company; but this is now our go-to for plumbing in San Diego.

The plumber who came to our house was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem we were experiencing. He was quick and efficient in his work.

Sam G came out on a Sunday, assessed the leak source, offered to fix it now or during the week when less expensive for me. Very competent, very professional, very nice. Quoted me a weekday price then came back and handled it Tuesday and charged me that price even though I think he had to do a little more work after he started the process. Bottom line would absolutely use Bill Howe (and Sam G!) again.
