Hot water heat failed, and they were very responsible, coming out that day. They analyzed the problem, advised us of a few options, and then replaced the water heater in a very timely manner!!! Thank you for the great job!

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. Called Master Plumbing after getting a very high quote from Anderson plumbing and a few phone calls and emails with no response from Anderson.Was able to come that day. Easy to work with, worked with Roberto and Clay. Took the time to explain the situation and possible solutions.Great work, didn’t have to worry about it or the process. Good communication, punctual, down to earth, just a good set of guys and always able to get a hold of someone in the office. And every time I called the office, got right through, very nice to talk and work with.Would recommend, use again, and found a new regular go to plumber.

Had a leak behind my refridgerator. Called Carmel Valley Plumbing and Jeff returned my call promptly. Despite his busy schedule, he came by in a few hours to assess the problem. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to fix it. Jeff is professional and conscientious. I'd highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing!

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.
