I have had pretty good luck cleaning my own drains however the house is 57 years old and the requirement for cleaning has become more frequent, more complicated, and requires higher quality tools. In the last 5 years I've called on plumbers 3 times and like most people I shopped around for a good deal or special. In the first 2 instances I found several plumbers who offered a compatible or the very same best deal drain service as several other local plumbers. When called upon, before ever performing the best deal service to resolve my problem. The plumbers claimed things were looking grim, and put on a 15 minute sales pitch about how I needed to spend 3 times more money on the upgraded service that even included hi-tech cameras to look for any unknown problems and in return I spend 5 minutes explaining why I only needed pay for the service we agreed upon.So today when I discovered I have drain problem that has tapped my resources, I was sure to question what the Plumbers advertized deal included and in doing so discovered obvious bait and switch tactics within some offers. When I talked to Charlie at American Plumbing he was straight forward with his answers and sounded willing to put his best effort into the service he advertized to resolve my problem. Charlie showed up within 2 hours, we discussed the problem, the history and he went to work in spite of the displacement and severity of the blockage, and had it cleared in two hours.I was certainly happy to pay the $100.00 service Bill.Truly Grateful..........Bill Foti San Diego

Team was friendly, courteous and professional. Explained their process and recommendations and provided regular check ins during the project itself. They finished the project early and met our expectations for what was a fairly significant undertaking (closure of one line, jackhammer and adding new replacement line, replacing portion of sewer line, adding cleanouts, pouring concrete). Kudos to Manny and the team. Would consider using them again.

I had a full HVAC system installed [and the original system from 1987 removed] by these guys, and I honestly could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial quote to the final installation, Carini is a 100% professional operation. After a ton of research, I came to the conclusion that an expert installation was even more important than the actual brand of the hardware, and Carini delivered on that front; fast, clean and tons of attention to detail. Luckily, they install American Standard equipment, so it was a win/win. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, giving us a thorough walk-thru after installation and making sure that we were completely satisfied with the job before they left. The cherry on top of everything was the very attractive financing options they offered. I would easily recommend Carini to ANYONE looking to have HVAC service performed, from the most routine maintenance to the biggest, most complicated installation. A+
