We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping. Wanted to personally take the time and share my experience with John Padilla Plumbing, Especially with Oliver G. The plumber that came to check my water heater that was leaking.The initial contact from John Padilla was prompt and quick after I put in my request that my water heater was leaking. They immediately called within 30 minutes to confirm an appt for later in the day.They advised the plumber will call upon arrival. The plumber Oliver G. Was on point! They even catered to the time I was able to be home since I was still at work when I called in the issue. Oliver was right on time and called as he arrived.He inspected my water heater and knew right away the unit needed to be replaced. He got on the phone and called it in right away. He was able to coordinate with the office right there and then. He went and picked up a new unit and came back to replace it. For my previous experiences in the past for repairs, it will have to be rescheduled but Not TODAY!Oliver explained in detail prior, during and after install. Thank you Oliver and John Padilla Plumbing for an awesome experience today. Such a big relief for a long hectic week and to worry not having hot water for Mother’s Day was the worst thing to think about.
