I called and within less than two hours they were at my house and in less than 30 minutes my kitchen was back in business. The rates are unbelievably fair! Cass plumbing has been great to work with. They have been able to service our plumbing needs for our apartment complex and our home. Reasonable prices, on time and quick. Other companies had quoted over $500 to replace a drain line. Cass got in and out parts labor for $285. A long standing San Diego company. Great Service.

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression!
