We are very happy with the service we received. This is the second time we have used Above and Beyond. We first used them based on the great reviews we read online. We initially used them install a new toilet. This time we had a main sewer line clog.Mariana took our call and was able to schedule a service call for the same day. She was very pleasant and helpful. Once our appointment was scheduled we were updated with an email confirming our appointment and also via text. We were constantly updated via text about who was going to come to our house and what time the service man would arrive.Miguel came to our house and was great. He is smart and explained everything clearly. Our main sewer line in our home was clogged. After the clog was cleared, Miguel used the camera and showed me the tree roots that were causing the problem. Joe came to the job site and brought an HD camera which gave us a better view of our problem. Miguel used the water-jetting equipment to resolve the tree root issue. We are very happy with the service we received. We will gladly use them again if needed.
