We contacted because we discovered a leak in the kitchen tap. He came out the following day. We were quite happy with how quickly he fixed the tap. He is courteous, efficient, and highly cost-conscious. We would suggest him and would use him again if and when we want plumbing services. excellent ?

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. I had a plumbing issue that I couldn't figure out on my own, so I called this company. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it in no time. The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
