The explanation provided was that they already provided me with a greatly discounted rate to start with, which has nothing to do with the work itself. The technician also left an unplugged drain, which caused flooding.Most of the visit was spent trying to upsell a restoration service and bill it to the home insurance, not actually fixing the problem at hand.
