Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. True professional and an all-around terrific person. Thank you David and to your team as well!

Excellence all the way around! 1. Great communications...I received several emails reminding of the date and time of the appointment & received an email on the day of service with the technicians name, picture, and background to include his family (number of kids, grand kids, etc.). Schmidt also called me (Autumn was her name and she was great!) to let me know the technician was on his way to my house. 2. Outstanding service...Jose was the technician and I've never had better service than what he provided. He kept me informed on what he was doing, what was malfunctioning as well as what he had to replace. A total professional! If you get Jose, you're in good hands! 3. No pressure, no trying to up sell me...Jose explained the companies membership/periodic maintenance programs thoroughly along with some recommended upgrades (e.g., circuit breaker box surge protector) as well as the costs associated with the different levels. I felt well informed but not uncomfortable with all of this information.Overall....easily 5 stars! Thanks for your help!

I have an older home with galvanized pipe as water lines. There was a leak under my house and they came out fixed the problem fast. They were very knowledgeable with this old style of plumbing and knew exactly what to do. I will recommend them to anyone and will trust them with all my plumbing needs.
