i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

The person charged me $600 to replace a garbage disposal that would have cost me around $115 from Home Depot. I should have done my homework before trusting Roto-Rooter. After he installed the garbage disposal, the leaking was not fix since it was coming from the faucet hose. I asked him if he could fix that but he wanted to charged me more. My wife and I looked at each other like this guy was a thief. Paid $600 and still have a leak!I would stay away from Roto-Rooter because they will drain your money and not even do the job properly. It’s a shame there are still unethical company like that.Franklin S.

Fast and reliable. Showed up when promised and and did good clean work. Used several times. Also had a large excavation job. Done quick and pulled permits with no issues. This guy believes in “customer service “.
