Best Safety Inspections in San Antonio TX

I am very disappointed with the A/C service that your company provided me on Thursday, 7/21/22. I expected George (your A/C technician) to satisfactory clean my clogged primary and secondary condensate drain lines. George said he unclogged the lines and poured two gallons of water down the lines and they were unclogged. I paid him $169 and he left my residence. However, after George left, I checked the drain lines outside of my house and I didn’t notice any water draining from the lines. They were in the same condition as before George provided the service. I also checked the drip pan under my A/C unit and noted water was filling up about half way in the drip pan again so I called a different A/C service to recheck it. The new A/C technician inspected the unit and noticed that the condensation pan was full of water and was dripping down into the drip/drain pan. He also noted that the primary line has a T-shaped body with a capped end located above the PVC pipe section that leads into the A/C unit. He stated that the air that was forced in the pain line appears to went into the unit and not down the drain line. Therefore, he had to cut the PVC pipe below the section leading into the unit so he could blow out the clogged drain line. Once he did that, the line was unclogged and water started flowing out of the primary drain line. I can unequivocally say that he did it the “right way, north the easy way”. I feel that I should be reimbursed for what I paid as part of Geottl’s “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. I was not happy with or satisfied with the poor, unsatisfactory service provided.
