I called San Antonio Plumbing when another plumbing company did not show up, despite telling me for an entire day that they would. So I was very frustrated and upset. It was a steady leak, and I knew it was wasting water and would affect my water bill. Eric K responded and showed up exactly when he said he would (the next morning.) He explained what needed to be done, gave an accurate estimate and completed the work in a lot less time than I thought he would. It makes SUCH a difference! Eric not only did an awesome job, he was courteous, kind, and honest. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and wants customers to be happy. Thank you! I will call again when it's time to update and replace the kitchen and bathroom fixtures!
