Outstanding company from the people who answer the phones to the technicians who come out. I was in trouble during a kitchen remodel but Big City fit me in their schedule. Charlie is an extremely personable and conscientious guy. They fixed everything, clean up after themselves, (!) and were professional the entire time. Charlie is also a Cubs fan, so you gotta love him for that. Definitely recommend Big City.

As a realtor we are always networking! Everyone needs a home and a place to live AND they need honest & qualified resources to maintain that home, right?!?! Well here in Florida I somehow Friended this amazing plumber, Peoples Choice, in San Antonio. Been following them and watching their “before & after” posts on repairs and renovation jobs. So I called finally for my own house ..... David, I think the owner, answered right away (and before open for business) gave me sound advise and offered to come see what’s going on. THEN we realized we are in 2 different states.Bottom line; I’d pay the service fee to use this company ALL DAY LONG. Service, courtesy, and skilled advise goes a long way - even if it is 5 states away. Thanks David, open a business here in Port St. Lucie FL ;)

I am so thankful for this company. We called last minute on a Sunday and Tito was so helpful and was ready to head out to me right away. He came and was so professional and honest. He walked us through every step he did and explained what is best for us to do, and not do in a sitiruation like this, which is amazing because most companies won't do that at all. His prices are also very decent for his work and for it being so last minute, so far out, and on a Sunday!Very very nice man and very professional, and patient. I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex

They were quick to set an appointment with me within 24 hours, they arrived during the time frame they quoted me, they did a great job, fixed my water heater issue, and it was a great experience.
