They had to go get part and returned in the time they said they would. They replaced the outdoor faucet handle, stopping water leak under 10 min. After I asked if they could give me estimate for same repair on a second faucet that was plugged for a future appt. They took a look and said they could do it now, which was great. They added second handle to second faucet as a last minute request. felt they did whatever it took to accommodate my requests while keep price reasonable and affordable.
