Slow running drain. Fixed rate for clogged drain was $357, if I chose not to have an annual maintenance contract. It goes up from there. Tried to sell me a whole house inspection. I fear the cost on that. Why couldn't I have been told about the fixed rate when I called? Tech said he could do this in under an hour.That's quite the houy rate. They get 1 star because they're all very courteous. No thanks, I paid the $20 fee for the service call. Will shop elsewhere, hoping to find something reasonable.

Fast and reliable. Showed up when promised and and did good clean work. Used several times. Also had a large excavation job. Done quick and pulled permits with no issues. This guy believes in “customer service “.
