We had to have our water heater replaced, and from my 1st contact with Tom, the RMP, through installation and even for my questions after, Primo Plumbing was spot on. They were able to come when I needed, and Keith & Simon were very thorough in their work. They even took time to explain everything to me that I asked about. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up the work area completely, and even offered to help me put some things back in place that was not necessary for them to do. I was charged the price that was quoted to me by Tom. I will definitely call them again for any needed plumbing work and highly recommend them.
