No up-selling and no pushy sales tactics.Bob, the plumber, and his assistant also did a grand job with my plumbing issues, and did so at a very reasonable price. I previously had three other plumbing companies come out, but either could not fix the issues reasonably or wanted to tear up walls, etc. Bob and his guy came in, actually listened to what I had to say, diagnosed the problems, and fixed them at a very reasonable price.
