A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.

Confirmed appointment 3 times , got all details including pictures , confirmed again but cancelled without any notice. Had to call them to find that appointment was cancelled. Will not use againUpdate - the response from your end is not accurate, initially when you called me you said yes you are booked but you will check with the team on the ground and get back. After that you called back (which I appreciate) and confirmed that if it is nearby , we can do it. Got my address and then called me back again and said , this is confirmed , one job was done early , they will come to your house. I called after sometime to check estimates etc and asked again for confirmation , the customer service person said , it is confirmed. After that someone else took over the front desk and then called me and asked me whether I can send a picture of problem. I sent the picture and also asked what time you will be here , she said by 1PM. I called around 1:45 to see whether they will be here , she told me that the appointment was cancelled. Please note that I had to call her to understand that the appointment was cancelled , ans I asked why , her response was - this is how plumbing job works, if something takes longer , they will have to cancel the next person in line and move to the next house.This is the first time I am hearing that this is how any business work , but even if that is how it works , why would you not call me and inform me upfront ? The customer has to call the business to understand whether it is already canceled? Please note it was not how you described in the reply, your 2 front desk people (one called the other assistant ) confirmed to me multiple times that you will be here. Even if you cannot , why would I have to wait for you to come and call you back to know that it was cancelled ?

Great service. Great technician. Fixed an emergency plumbing issue on weekend and with a great price. Others would have gouged me for extra being the weekend.
